Cox Communication’s Foundation donates $25,000 to Santa Barbara County Foodbank
SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif. - The James M. Cox Foundation donates $25,000 to the Foodbank of Santa Barbara County to help their efforts in feeding people during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The James M. Cox Foundation is the charitable arm of Cox Enterprises and the parent company of Cox Communications.
The foundation hopes that the $25,000 donation will help support people in need in Santa Barbara County. Â Â
The donation will help the Foodbank with their countywide Disaster Feeding Plan.
The James M. Cox Foundation is named after the founder of Cox Enterprises. Cox was an Ohio governor and the 1920 Democratic nominee for president of the United States.
