Santa Barbara attorneys publish e-book series to address family law matters
SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - Amidst the statewide stay at home order, Santa Barbara family law attorneys Jennifer Drury and Susanna Pullen decided to continue helping families working towards divorce by publishing a series of e-books addressing divorce-related issues.
The first e-book in the series which has already been published is titled, Divorce & COVID-19: Keeping it Together and Moving Forward.
Drury says the book addresses various ways that people going through a divorce can keep their matters moving forward while courts throughout the state are closed, delaying their hearings.
It also briefly addresses other important topics such as domestic violence, custody resources, visitation information and COVID-19 in general.
Drury said the second book in the series is expected to release in about a week. That book will more heavily focus on helping victims of domestic violence and other in-home abuse.
The other e-books in the series will address custody and visitation, and emergency orders.
“At times like this, it is essential that the public is informed about how to deal with their legal issues and that they know how to stay safe,” said Drury.
These books will be free to download at www.drurypullenlaw.com.
