N-95 masks available for pick up in Goleta

GOLETA, Calif. - N-95 masks are available for people in Santa Barbara County who are impacted by the smoke from the Maria Fire, burning in Ventura County.

Direct Relief, the Santa Barbara County Office of Emergency Management, and the City of Goleta are providing adult N-95 masks for the community.

Santa Barbara County Public Health and the Santa Barbara County Air Pollution Control District issued an Air Quality alert through the weekend, or until conditions improve.

N-95 masks will be available at the following locations during the times listed below:

Goleta Library
500 N. Fairview Avenue
Friday until 5:30 p.m. 
Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 pm.
Sunday 1:00 p.m. to 5 p.m.
 
Goleta Valley Community Center
5679 Hollister Avenue
Friday until 6 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 9 p.m.

If needed, the masks will also be available on Monday at the above locations and at Goleta City Hall, which is located at 130 Cremona Drive, Suite B.
