Creativity to the class: Local youth arts center offers free art classes

PASO ROBLES, Calif. – The Paso Robles Youth Arts Center offers free after-school art classes.

From culinary arts to beginners hip hop, Session 4 offers a variety of opportunities for youth ages 5-18 to find their next passion.

The center offers classes Monday through Friday between 3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. from August 7 to October 6.

Students can take up to three classes. Session 4 brings in new classes such as Acting, Voice and Movement for the Actor, and Art Journaling as well as some returning popular classes including AP Band, Urban Dance, and Hip Hop.

Additionally, Paso Robles celebrates its 25th anniversary since its founding by Donna Berg. The center aims to spark the imaginations and build confidence in local youth, making arts accessible along the way.
