City of San Luis Obispo seeks public input on 2023 Economic Development Strategic Plan

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. – The City of San Luis Obispo is seeking public comment on its updated Economic Development Strategic Plan. The deadline to provide feedback is Monday, Jun. 26.

The updated EDSP creates a framework for allocating resources and growing the City's economy with an emphasis on sustainable and equitable policies, programs, and processes detail a press release from the City of San Luis Obispo.

The original EDSP was adopted in 2012 with an emphasis on creating head-of-household jobs in the area.

For the 2023 update, the City of San Luis Obispo commissioned TIP Strategies, Inc. a privately held Austin-based consulting firm focused on strategic planning for economic development.
