Lompoc police begin patrols to regulate illegal fireworks

LOMPOC, Calif. - Lompoc police started patrols on Tuesday night looking for anyone using fireworks in the city.

Officers began their patrols in unmarked cars.

It's illegal to light any fireworks in Lompoc except on July 4 between 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
