Evidence of shooting in Carpinteria Friday night

CARPINTERIA, Calif. - Authorities responded to reports of a shooting in Carpinteria Friday night. It happened about 9:30 p.m. Friday in the area of Linden Avenue and Malibu Drive.

Santa Barbara County Sheriff Spokesperson Raquel Zick says evidence of a shooting was located, but no injuries or suspects. Anyone with information is asked to call Sheriff’s Dispatch at 805-683-2724.
