Dan Dow speaks about Paul Flores sentencing for Kristin Smart murder

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. - San Luis Obispo County District Attorney Dan Dow appeared live on News Channel 3-12 Wednesday. He talked about Paul Flores being sentenced to 25 years to life for the murder of Cal Poly student Kristin Smart.

The case dates back to May of 1996 when Smart disappeared. Her body was never found, making it a difficult case to prosecute.
