OXNARD, Calif. - Police arrested a man in Oxnard after he barricaded himself inside a home for several hours and refused to turn himself over.

The incident happened last Thursday at an undisclosed residence.

Police arrived on scene to investigate suspicious circumstances. Officers determined that a man wanted on multiple warrants had barricaded himself inside a home.

Police negotiated with the man for several hours and he eventually turned himself over to law enforcement peacefully.

11/7/19 - Officers responded to a residence reference suspicious circumstances. Upon arrival, it was determined that a subject barricaded inside had several warrants for his arrest.
