Ceylon International Film Festival wraps up at the Lobero Theatre
SANTA BARBARA, Calif.-The Ceylon International Film Festival wrapped up with entertainment and awards.
The 3rd CIFF held its closing ceremony at the Lobero Theatre following a week of screenings at Direct Relief's headquarters in Goleta.
The festival celebrates storytelling and South Asian cinema.
A film called "Quota" won best editing.
