SANTA BARBRA, Calif. – Santa Barbra Humane dropped by the Morning News with Chewy and Ziva, a brother and sister bonded pair who were surrendered to the shelter in July when their owner moved to a new home that didn’t allow dogs.

They need to be adopted together.
