Eucalyptus tree falls on Carrillo Blvd

Santa Barbara, Calif. - A eucalyptus tree fell on Carrillo Blvd, early Wednesday morning.

The incident happened around 7 a.m, blocking one lane.

All lanes are closed to traffic.

There are reports of wires being down, and some resident are saying they're currently without power.

Firefighters and police are on the scene.
