Family-owned restaurant in Santa Maria sees surge in customers indoors and outdoors

SANTA MARIA, Calif. - As restaurants continue offering services indoors, a long-time family-owned restaurant is struggling to keep up with their services.

Owners with Taqueria La Coqueta say the number of customers jumped 30 percent in the past two weeks.

They say since their indoor dining reopened in addition to the drive-thru which has picked up more customers, they're now overwhelmed with the surge in business.
