Crews report to rollover crash on HWY 101 near Buellton

Santa Barbara County Fire Department responded to a vehicle rollover accident on the northbound Highway 101 near Buellton around 11:42 p.m. Wednesday.

The rollover involved seven patients. All patients suffered from injuries.

All patients were transported to local hospitals.

Santa Barbara Fire Department says there was one critical patient transported to the hospital by helicopter.

Highway 101 northbound was closed due to the accident, but Highway 101 southbound remained open.

The cause of the crash is unknown at this time.

This is an ongoing investigation.
