Realtors celebrate with a early Fiesta event and fundraiser

Santa Barbara area realtors have kicked off Fiesta week in Santa Barbara with a large party and fundraiser.

The event Monday night took place in the courtyard of the Chapala Street headquarters for the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors. (SBAOR).

About 400 people attended.

Along with food such as quesadillas, churros and tacos from area restaurants there was a chance at a 50/50 drawing to raise funds for an annual scholarship program.

The realtors and guests also enjoyed music from a local mariachis, and dancing to the songs of Spencer the Gardener, one of Santa Barbara’s top Fiesta bands.

Throughout the year the realtors gather for other specific causes including a winter benefit for the Unity Shoppe.
