Local Wine On President Obama’s Dinner Menu
Margerum Wine Company‘s Sybarite Sauvignon Blanc was recently served at a White House State Dinner in Washington, D.C.
The wine President Barack Obama and Singapore’s Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong enjoyed on August 2 came from grapes grown on the hills of Happy Canyon of Santa Barbara AVA at McGinley Vineyard, Grassini Vineyard, Star Lane Vineyard and Happy Canyon Vineyard.
All the wines from Margerum are made at their winery in Buellton.
