‘Convivo’ Restaurant Opens at Remodeled Santa Barbara Inn
A brand new restaurant has opened its doors at the remodeled Santa Barbara Inn, located at 901 E. Cabrillo Boulevard.
A ribbon cutting ceremony for the new waterfront restaurant and bar took place over the weekend.
Convivo means “to come together,” and is the root word for the Latin term for “feast.”
The head chef, Peter McNee, describes the food as “nomad Italian.” He says the dishes are Italian but inspired by local Santa Barbara traditions.
Convivo will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.
