CELEBRATION OF MEXICAN CULTURE | SANTA MARIA | SAT. – SUN.| 7 P.M. | $12
Four Santa Maria schools are putting on the “Celebration of Mexican Culture” this weekend.
The 2014 event will feature dancers and musicians from Righetti, Santa Maria and Pioneer Valley high schools as well as Hancock College.
The Main shows start at 7pm at Santa Maria High school auditorium.
Tickets for the performances are $12 at the door.
CAL POLY PIER OPEN HOUSE | AVILA BEACH | SAT. | 9 A.M. – NOON | FREE
Bring the kids and your cameras and tour the Cal Poly Pier in Avila Beach on Saturday.
The fall open house will feature interactive displays, including special touch tanks and a “Discover Scuba” experience.
Cal Poly students and professors will be there to explain their research on local marine life.
The event goes from 9 to noon.
WINTER DANCE PARTY | ARROYO GRANDE | SAT. | 8 P.M. | $38-$48
Step back in time and enjoy some good oldies in Arroyo Grande.
Winter Dance Party will at the Clark Center of the Performing Arts on Saturday.
