PIONEER DAYS | PASO ROBLES | SATURDAY | FREE
This weekend is Paso Robles Pioneer Days and “Old Fashion Funfair” is this year’s theme.
The annual parade starts at 10 a.m., followed by the free bean feed, a band concert, and the horseshoe pitching contest.
The event includes fun events for the whole family including street dancing, bake-off and a kid’s pet show.

CELEBRATION OF HARVEST WEEKEND |SANTA YNEZ VALLEY | FRI – MON
Wine enthusiasts grab your glass and head to the Santa Ynez Valley for the Celebration of Harvest Weekend.
Santa Barbara Vintners are putting on the wine extravaganza weekend which features winery tours, dinners, and the main event- Festival Grand Tasting.
On Saturday, the tasting includes more than 100 different wineries and local restaurant at the Old Mission Santa Ines in Solvang.
They will have booths where they will be sharing their latest harvest and tasty samplings.
The event will also include live music and a silent auction.

CITY TO SEA HALF MARATHON | SLO – PISMO BEACH | SUNDAY
Sunday is the 19th Annual City to the Sea Half Marathon.
Cuesta College’s annual fundraiser event by the track and field programs and is expected to draw as many as 2,500 participants.
The half marathon starts at 7 a.m. in downtown San Luis Obispo, and ends at the Dinosaur’s Caves Park in Pismo Beach.
The 5K starts at 7:30 a.m. and the kids fun run is at 8:30 a.m., both starting at the Dinosaurs Caves.
