Man On the Loose After Robbing Oxnard Convenience Store

One man is on the run after robbing a convenience store in Oxnard on Wednesday.

Police say the robber walked into the 7-Eleven on South Patterson Road around 9:30 at night. They say he pointed a gun at the store clerk and demanded money from the register. Once the suspect left the store, the clerk called the police.

The suspect was described as a man in his 20s. He was wearing a Laker’s ball cap, a black sweatshirt and black pants. Anyone with information is asked to call the Oxnard Police Department.
