Part of Betteravia Road Closed After Three Car Crash

Part of Betteravia Road is closed after a three-car crash Monday morning.

Santa Barbara County fire crews were called out to the scene at West Betteravia Road and Ray Road in Orcutt just before 6:30am. They say the accident was a head-on collision between two cars, and then a third car hit them.

Santa Barbara County Fire reports that one patient has moderate injuries and two have minor injuries. One person was airlifted to the hospital.

Santa Barbara County Fire, Santa Maria Fire, and Guadalupe Fire are assisting the California Highway Patrol. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
