‘Honor Your History’ Chosen as 2014 Old Spanish Days Theme
“Honor Your History,” will be the 2014 theme for Old Spanish Days in Santa Barbara.
El Presidente Dennis Rickard made the announcement as he prepares for the next eight months of planning before the city’s biggest event of the year takes place.
2014 will mark the 90th year for the Old Spanish Days Fiesta scheduled from July 30 to August 3, 2014.
Thousands of people will attend numerous events including performances on the steps of the Old Mission, in the Courthouse Sunken Gardens, and on State St. through the heart of downtown during the El Desfile Historico parade.
