House Fire Knocked Down in Santa Ynez
A Santa Ynez woman was forced from her home Monday night when a fire broke out. Neighbors took her in as firefighters knocked down the flames at the home in the 3300 block of Madera Court.
Crews used chain saws to cut through the room and also had to clear debris on the main floor of the building.
Fire Investigations believe it started at the back of the house but the do not have an exact cause, but neighbors noticed work being done on the home in the days before the fire broke out.
No one was hurt.
