Police Search For Suspect in Casino Robbery

The Ventura Police Department is investigating an armed robbery at the Player’s Club Casino. It happened early Thursday morning around 3:40 am.

According to the police report, a man wearing a mask entered the Player’s Club Casino in the 6500 block of Auto Center Drive in Ventura armed with a rifle. The suspect ordered all the patrons and employees onto the ground. He then demanded money from the cashier while holding the patrons and employees at gunpoint. The cashier gave the man an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspect left through the front door and fled on foot. No one was injured. If anyone has any information about this incident they are urged to contact the Ventura Police Department at 339-4416 or Crime Stoppers.
