CHP searching for at-risk missing man in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura counties

Richard Tanner, 79, was last seen in Marina, Monterey County.

CENTRAL COAST, Calif. - California Highway Patrol reported a missing at-risk man Saturday afternoon around 3 p.m.

79-year-old Richard Tanner was last seen in Marina, Monterey County on June 5 around 11:30 a.m.

He is described as being 5-foot-11 and weighing 230 pounds. Tanner has Gray hair and brown eyes. He is believed to be wearing a brown and blue plaid shirt, blue jeans and white shoes.

CHP reports he may be driving a silver 2000 Honda CRV with California license plate number 2419WDP.

Officers say Tanner suffers from a medical condition and may become disoriented.
