Double dog donations: Woods Humane Society doubles August donations

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. – Woods Humane Society announced a month-long match fundraiser challenge throughout August.

All donations up to $10,000 this month made to Woods Humane Society will be matched by the Marianne and Stacy Cocks Fund.

Pet care and operation prices have gone up for the shelter as this year marks a record-breaking baby season. Despite these challenges, Woods Humane Society is determined to help more homeless pets with the support from donations.

Last year, 2,700 pets from Woods Humane Society found a loving home. This year, Woods hopes to make the leap to 3,000.
