SLO Brew teams up with nonprofit Beer for Boobs for Breast Cancer Awareness Month
SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. - SLO Brew is partnering with the nonprofit Beer 4 Boobs to support breast cancer research and recovery organizations during the month of October.
For Breast Cancer Awareness Month, SLO Brew’s Blood Orange Cali-Squeeze will feature pink packaging to draw attention to the cause.
Since 2017, SLO Brew has teamed up with Beer for Boobs to promote breast cancer awareness.
Last year, SLO Brew raised over $5,000 to support Beer 4 Boobs and fellow nonprofit organizations like Susan G. Komen's three-day, 60 mile walk for a cure, the American Cancer Society, Ronald McDonald House, and Some of My Best Friends are Bald.
Organizers hope to double last year's contribution as more craft beer outlets and retailers nationwide stock their fridges.
“We have family, friends and fans of SLO Brew that have been affected by breast cancer,” said co-owner Hamish Marshall. “We are proud to continue and partner with Beer for Boobs to help raise awareness for this great cause.”
As an added bonus for people living in California, Cali-Squeeze, alongside all SLO Brew craft beers, can be delivered. For more information, visit
