* WHAT…For the Heat Advisory, temperatures up to 94 expected. For
the Extreme Heat Watch, dangerously hot conditions with
temperatures up to 100 possible.

* WHERE…Catalina and Santa Barbara Islands, Los Angeles County
Beaches, Los Angeles County Inland Coast including Downtown Los
Angeles, Malibu Coast, Palos Verdes Hills, Santa Barbara County
Southeastern Coast, Santa Barbara County Southwestern Coast,
Ventura County Beaches, and Ventura County Inland Coast.

* WHEN…For the Heat Advisory, from 10 AM Sunday to 10 AM PDT
Tuesday. For the Extreme Heat Watch, from Tuesday morning through
Friday evening.

* IMPACTS…Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat events. Hot temperatures may cause heat illnesses.
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
