Literacy Connection: Volunteers needed to help adults learn to read and write in SLO County
SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. - San Luis Obispo County libraries have launched a new literacy program. People interested in tutoring or learning are encouraged to participate in Literacy Connection.
