Magnitude 3.5 earthquake hits Ojai Monday afternoon

OJAI, Calif. – A 3.5 Magnitude earthquake hit 6 kilometers southeast of Ojai around 4:50 pm Monday afternoon.

According to the U. S. Geological Survey, the Monday earthquake was approximately 15.4 kilometers below the surface.

This earthquake follows a notable 5.1 Magnitude earthquake in the Ojai area on Sunday afternoon.
