CARPINTERIA, Calif. – The Santa Clause Bikeway will make its debut on a temporary basis starting on Jun. 30 and staying open through Labor Day weekend.

After Labor Day Weekend in early September, the bikeway will close again for the final installation of the barrier rail. A temporary railing is in place during the temporary opening.

The Santa Clause Bikeway project will close a gap in the California Coastal Trail between Sand Point Road and Carpinteria Avenue.

The bikeway is part of the broader Highway 101: Padaro Project. Visit www.SBROADS.com for more information.
