Ostrichland USA sees larger crowds during holiday season

SOLVANG, Calif.- With the holidays here Ostrichland USA is expecting more visitors to come to the ranch.

With more visitors stopping by to checkout the birds. They have to limit the amount of food given to the birds.

There's always enough feed to go around for everybody. Sometimes we just have to limit bowl numbers. So each group will get one bowl unless you have a really big group and then we tend to give you a couple extra. It just we can't give one bowl to every single person that comes in throughout the holiday season," said Destiny Stevenson.

Even though  rain expected next week Ostrichland says they will still be open and visitors should be prepared for the rain.

“It gets very muddy and slick out here. We get a lot of puddles and the ground is made up of all like smaller rocks. So they tend to be very, very slippery. If you do come where boots dress for the rain, bring an umbrella," said Destiny Stevenson.
