Friday morning forecast – Nov. 22

Warmer and drier conditions can be expected for Friday. This is due to a ridge of high pressure that will build Friday afternoon and into the weekend. Temps will warm slightly with less cloud coverage and more sunshine. Daytime highs along the coast will be in the low to mid 60s with valleys in the upper 60s to low 70s.

Looking ahead, as a ridge of high pressure builds an onshore flow will form beneath the system. This will prompt breezy wind for the Central and South Coast with gusts up to 25mph. The region will remain mostly sunny for Saturday and Sunday. With a cooling trend beginning on Monday and into Thursday.

A stronger and unseasonably cool low pressure system will arrive for Tuesday night with an increase in cloud coverage and a chance for rain showers until Thursday.
