Tracking a warmer Thursday, peak heating over the weekend

Happy Thursday! We start the morning with more clouds at the beaches and inland before a quick clearing trend occurs. Highs rise a few degrees form days prior and may areas will hold near 70s and 80s. Winds will be light and marine waters are calm.

We start with a few clouds and some fog Friday morning before sunny skies arrive quickly. Many areas will see peak heating Friday and Saturday. This is a ridge of high pressure that will settle into the Central Coast. Expect 80s and the beaches and some 90s inland.

We begin a cooling trend Sunday as more clouds push into the area. Expect a mostly cloudy afternoon and highs into the 70s. We cool further Monday before temperatures nudge back up to 70s and 80s by the middle of next week.
