Heat Advisory issued September 10 at 9:20PM PDT until September 11 at 6:00PM PDT by NWS Los Angeles/Oxnard CA

* WHAT…For the Heat Advisory, high temperatures up to 92 and very
warm overnight lows. Northwest Sundowner winds 15-30 mph with gusts
35-45 mph. Local gusts to 50 mph near Gaviota and Refugio.

* WHERE…Santa Barbara County Southwestern Coast.

* WHEN…For the Heat Advisory, until 6 PM PDT Friday. For the Wind
Advisory, until 6 AM PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Hot
temperatures may cause heat illnesses.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Humid conditions will add to heat discomfort.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

Secure outdoor objects.

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
