Sailboat runs aground near Summerland

SUMMERLAND, Calif.-A small sailboat ran aground today.

It happened near Summerland around 3 p.m. on Tuesday.

Three people got off the vessel safely.

Harbor Patrol officers and Carpinteria firefighters responded.

TowBoatUS helped recover the sailboat and towed to a dock.
