Anderson Aquatics makes a splash in Santa Barbara

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – A new aquatics center is making a splash in Santa Barbara.

The closure of Santa Barbara's popular Muller Aquatic Center last October left a void for some Santa Barbara residents.

But the aquatic center has been revitalized, and reopened as Anderson Aquatics.

Located at 22 Anacapa Street in the Funk Zone, this brand-new aquatic center is open to people of all ages and ability levels.

Breanna and Travis Anderson are the owners of Anderson Aquatics.

The Andersons were inspired to establish their own business after the closure of Muller Aquatic Center.

As a physical therapist, Breanna offers a wide range of services including aqua therapy, physical therapy, personal training, and water fitness classes.

Breanna said the center offers a sanctuary where being in the water can improve physical and mental health.
