Foresters celebrate first walk-off win of the summer on a bases-loaded walk

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - The Foresters kept up their dominance over the MLB Academy Barons with a walk-off 7-6 victory in 10 innings.

The Foresters are a perfect 6-0 this year against the Barons with one game left, Friday at Compton.

Santa Barbara jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first inning but a couple errors by Santa Barbara led to 3 unearned runs in this back-and-forth game at Pershing Park.

Daniel Patterson of Westmont College slugged his first home run of the summer to tie the game at 3 in the bottom of the third.

Tied at 6 in the bottom of the 10th inning, the Foresters Jalin Flores drew a bases-loaded walk on a 3-2 pitch with one out to force in the winning run as Santa Barbara improved to 19-6 on the season.
