Santa Barbara Foresters begin a new season this week and the home opener is Friday

The Santa Barbara Foresters begin the season this week.

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - The Foresters are back and this year the fans can return to Pershing Park as well.

The Foresters extended their record of National Baseball Congress World Series titles to eight last year with a dominating season.

This year they are excited to welcome back the fans who could not attend last year due to the pandemic.

Once again manager Bill Pintard has brought in top-talent from terrific college baseball programs like Oklahoma, Arkansas, Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona etc.

The Foresters begin on Thursday, June 17 at Santa Paula but their home opener is one day later also against Santa Paula.
