Santa Barbara tops Crean Lutheran in Holiday Shootout finale

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - It was a successful week of holiday hoops for Santa Barbara boys basketball.

The Dons capped the Santa Barbara Holiday Shootout tournament on their home court with a 62-59 win over Crean Lutheran High School of Irvine on Saturday.

Senior forward Bryce Warrecker led the way with 21 points, after a combined 49 points in the Dons' two easy wins in the tournament on Friday.

Santa Barbara (8-6) will play at San Luis Obispo next Saturday.
