LOMPOC, Calif. - Tony Arango threw a touchdown pass to Aidan Vargas to tie Agoura at 7 in the first quarter but the Braves could not muster anymore points as they lost their season opener to the Chargers 23-7.

Arango showed good ability to throw the ball down the field but the Braves could not finish their drives.
