Four-star basketball recruit stays local as Karisma Lewis commits to UCSB

Lewis is staying close to home to play for UCSB

UC SANTA BARBARA, Calif. (KEYT). - Former Buena High School standout shooting guard Karisma Lewis announced on social media that she has committed to UC Santa Barbara.

The current senior at Oak Park High School in Agoura is a four-star recruit and is considered one of the better shooting guards in the country.

Her family has strong ties to UCSB women's head basketball coach Renee Jimenez.
