Fire crews knock down residential fire in Orcutt early Friday morning

ORCUTT, Calif. – Santa Barbara County Fire Department responded to a residential fire in the 4300 block of Coachman Way early Friday morning.

According to Santa Barbara County Fire Department, the family of six safely self-evacuated the single-story residence and no injuries were reported as part of the response.

The fire was knocked down around 4:47 a.m. and was caused by used and bundled finishing oily rags detail Santa Barbara County Fire Department.

Santa Barbara County Fire Department assessed minor damage to the structure once the flames were put out.
