One man shot multiple times Saturday in Guadalupe

GUADALUPE, Calif. – A man was shot multiple times late Saturday night near 242 Pioneer Street in Guadalupe. There is currently no update on that person's condition.

Guadalupe Police Officers responded to a shooting around 10:37 p.m. on Saturday.

According to Guadalupe Police, the shooting appears to be gang-related following an exchange of words over gang affiliation.

The man shot multiple times after the exchange was airlifted to Cottage Hospital and no information has been released on his status.

Guadalupe Police Department details that no weapons have been recovered nor has the vehicle involved and fled the scene been located.
