Two injured during shooting at house party in Lompoc
LOMPOC, Calif. -- Two people suffered from gun shot wounds after a shooting at a house party in Lompoc on Saturday.
On Saturday in the early hours of 1 a.m., Lompoc police responded to reports of a shooting at the 900 block of West Alven in Lompoc.
In their investigation, officers found that two unwanted guests came to a house party and an altercation began.
During the physical altercation, there was a shooting that happened.
Two were injured, one was a 19 year old male who was transported to Marian Medical Center, another was a 23 year old male that was transported to Cottage Hospital.
As of Sunday, detectives say the 23 year old was in critical condition and the 19 year old was in stable condition.
The investigation is currently ongoing.
