Looking for the Helpers: Marian nurses lean on each other during pandemic

As our area is faced with ongoing changes due to a growing pandemic, we are bringing stories of people doing good in the community during a time of uncertainty.

Help us look for the helpers!

Nurses at Marian Regional Medical Center

Nurses in the critical care unit at Marian Regional Medical Center have been fighting for their COVID-19 patients since the pandemic started.

Now months into the pandemic, they are still fighting an uphill battle, but show up each day for their patients, the community and each other.

Ashly Stornetta, Rose Nelson and Clare Rosensteel are nurses at Marian and sat down with your NewsChannel to share their challenges and what keeps them going.

There are many helpers in our area, and we want to shine a spotlight on them. Contact Genelle Padilla at genelle.padilla@kcoy.com to highlight your helper!
