A look inside Santa Maria’s new Krispy Kreme set to open next week
SANTA MARIA, Calif. -- Doughnut lovers in Santa Maria are excited for the opening of Krispy Kreme next Tuesday.
KCOY 12 got an inside look at the new shop on 2224 South Bradley Rd. as workers got ready for its opening.
"Based on what we have seen, and the people that are visiting and thinking we are open and the people pulling at our door, we think that it is going to be a very successful opening," Adriana Nunez from Krispy Kreme said.
The new shop is about 2700 square feet. It will offer more than a dozen one of a kind Krispy Kreme doughnuts, including the original glaze doughnut.
AS a warming gift to new customers, Krispy Kreme will randomly select 120 people to receive a "Celebration Dozen Ticket" which awards them a dozen of doughnuts every month for a year.
The doughnut spot will be open seven days a week from 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. The drive-thru will also stay open to as late as 11 p.m.
