One person is dead following vehicle and bicycle collision on Rincon Road Tuesday morning
SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif. – A person has died following a vehicle and bicycle collision on Rincon Road between Via Real and Highway 101 Tuesday morning.
As of 12:08 p.m., Rincon Road has now been reopened to all traffic update Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office.
Details about the person who died have not been publicly released and are pending notification of their next of kin state Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office.
The investigation into the incident is being managed by the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office which detailed that the section of Rincon Road featured below will be closed during their investigation.
According to the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office, the driver of the vehicle remained on the scene of the collision which was first reported at 8:44 a.m.
