Annual AIDS/ LifeCycle Bike Ride cycles through Santa Barbara

SANTA BARBARA, Calif.— The annual AIDS/Lifecycle bike ride kicked off this week.

It brought more than 1,400 cyclists and hundreds of other volunteers into the area for a four-day period.

The event raises money and awareness in the fight against HIV and AIDS.

Friday, the cyclists will be cycling from Goleta to Ventura.

We will be speaking to cyclists about why it's important to raise awareness about AIDS.
