La Colina Jr. High opened as emergency evacuation center due to heavy rains

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – An evacuation center has been opened at La Colina Jr. High School to help with overflow from the Wake Center.

The National Weather Service forecasts rain until Jan 10.
